It arrived in a timely manner and was packaged securely so that it arrived undamaged. It turned out to be a much better experience than when I ordered the exact item from a different vendor on a different site when it was shipped in my state and due to poor packaging, it arrived shattered. Low Barometer Traders shipped it to me from a different state and it arrived intact. They even wrote "Thank you!" on the receipt showing that they understand that customer service is everything!
