Canada - flat rate $2.50/$2.75 for 1st item, $.10 per addtional item.
Mexico - flat rate $2.50/$2.75 for 1st item, $.25 per addtional item.
Other Countries - flat rate $3.50/3.75 for 1st item, $.25 per addtional item.
