When will my order ship?

Your order will ship either the same or next business day after your payment has cleared.

How do you ship?

We ship all your purchases through the USPS. We ship six days a week Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. Domestically we ship either First Class or Priority – we do not ship with Parcel Post or Media Mail (excluding certain oversized complete systems in which case it is clearly listed in the auction and you are given the option of Parcel or Priority shipping). International shipments also ship USPS First Class or Priority.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For shipments in the US the average delivery time is 2-6 business days after your order has shipped. Shipping time does vary and will sometimes be faster or slower depending on the USPS. 90% of orders are delivered 2-3 days after shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery time.

For international shipments the delivery time varies widely depending on your country and the time of year.

Where is my order?

You were sent an email with the tracking information for your package when it shipped. If you did not receive the email you can also find your tracking number by going to the Ebay page for the item you won and choosing the View Order Details link. The link is in the Other actions for this item section towards the top of the page. On the Order Details page Ebay will show you a link with the date shipped and status, you can click the link and Ebay will popup the tracking number and a link to the USPS so you can track your order.

For international orders you will have a customs ID number instead of a tracking number. Most countries postal systems allow you to look up the status of your package with that.

Please note that once your item has shipped we do not have any information about your package other than what the USPS gives on their website when you track it.

My order hasn't arrived.

Don’t worry, less than 1 in 10,000 of our shipments fail to arrive at their destination – however the USPS does sometimes misroute them or in the case of international shipments they can be held up in customs. In the unlikely event that your order is lost we will of course send you another. If you are in the US and it has been over 2 weeks since your order shipped, or if you are international and it’s been over 1 month please email us at sales@lukiegames.com with the details of your order and we will help you out.

Do you charge extra to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or Puerto Rico?

No we charge regular domestic rates to all US locations and territories.

Can you ship to an address other than the one I have listed with Paypal?

Unfortunately Paypal’s policy prevents us from shipping to any address other than the one listed with Paypal. If you do not have the correct address listed with Paypal update it BEFORE checking out. Addresses no longer need to be verified or confirmed for us to ship to them.

I already paid and had the wrong address in Paypal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Ebay only allows sellers to accept a few payment methods. They no longer allow mailed payments of any kind. We can only accept Paypal. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and E-checks through Paypal.

I won multiple items and need an invoice.

When you checkout through Ebay your order will automatically be combined, you do not need an invoice from us.

Do you offer discounts for large orders, or will you accept a certain amount for an item?

We do not do any special deals or discounts of any kind other than those stated in the item listings. We do not accept offers or provide any kind of volume discounts.

I am interested in one of your lots, can you switch one of the games for a different game?

No, our lots are all overstock which is prepackaged and sold at a loss. We cannot make any changes to our lots.

What condition is this item in?

Systems state their condition in the item listing. Boxed games, lots, manual lots, boxed systems, and guides all have photos and descriptions of their condition in the listing. Cartridge only games are guaranteed to be in working condition but may have some cosmetic flaws. They will not be heavily or badly flawed. They will be cleaned. Due to the high volume of games we have coming in and going out at all times we cannot guarantee the condition of a cartridge only game or give you any additional details, unless the game is $100 or more.

My game doesn't work!

All games are cleaned and tested on original systems before listing, but things can happen. Please refer below for your specific game type -

      NES –

First please try cleaning the contacts. Even a tiny amount of dirt or dust can cause issues. It's best to use a Qtip and rubbing alcohol, clean it until there is no more dirt, place it in the system, take it out and clean it one more time. Let it dry for a couple of minutes and then try again. 90% of the time that will fix the problem.

If you are using a clone system (such as FC Twin, Yobo, etc) some games will not be compatible. Please refer to the listing here Clone Compatibility for NES games that have known compatibility issues.

If you are unable to get the game working please email us at sales@lukiegames.com with the order information and let us know exactly what kind of system you have (original front loading NES, original top loader, or one of the new clone NES systems like the FC Twin or Yobo) and we will help you out.

      SNES –

First please try cleaning the contacts. Even a tiny amount of dirt or dust can cause issues. It's best to use a Qtip and rubbing alcohol, clean it until there is no more dirt, place it in the system, take it out and clean it one more time. Let it dry for a couple of minutes and then try again. 90% of the time that will fix the problem.

If not let please email us at sales@lukiegames.com with the order details and what kind of system you have (original Super Nintendo, Mini SNES, FC Twin, etc) and we will help you out.

      N64 – 

First please try cleaning the contacts. We clean them all prior to listing but even a tiny amount of dirt or dust can cause issues. It's best to use a Qtip and rubbing alcohol, clean it until there is no more dirt, place it in the system, take it out and clean it one more time. Let it dry for a couple of minutes and then try again. 90% of the time that will fix the problem.

You may also want to try just sticking the game half way into the system instead of pushing it all the way in. This sometimes allows the system to read the game more easily.

My system doesn't work!

My light gun / zapper gun is not working!

As stated in the system auctions the light gun does not work with LCD, Plasma, or Projection televisions. They only work with tube-style CRT televisions.

What is your return policy?

You may return anything within 14 days for exchange or store credit. If we made a mistake or the item is not working we will provide you with pre-paid return postage (US only). Unfortunately there are a high number of people who try to switch items on us, for example they have a non-working game and buy the same game from us and then attempt to return their original non-working game as the one we sold them. International - Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries, but there are some items that we only ship to the US and some we only ship to the US and Canada. Please check the individual listing to see if we ship to your country or not. We never ship to Italy or Brazil, and we only ship Gameboy games to Australia.

International - Will this game work on my system?

All of the games that we sell are in NTSC format and depending on what kind of system you have will determine whether or not our games will work. If you have a system from North or South America the game will work fine. If you have a system from any other country it is PAL format and the game will not work without some kind of adapter. You can purchase a NTSC to PAL converter online for about $30 US and up.
