Shipping Information
We ship your purchase immediately upon completion of your payment, usually the same or next business day. Items paid for separately through Paypal must be shipped separately, but if you request an invoice before you pay we'll be glad to combine.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. We will ship your package immediately, but it may be delayed in the postal system or customs office in your country. We must complete all customs forms accurately as merchandise (more info below).
For U.S. addresses, shipping charge includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional; please feel free to request an invoice with insurance included.
WE SHIP BY ALL ITEMS BY US POSTAL SERVICE (we do not use UPS or Fedex).
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we are very happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. To make sure you receive the correct shipping discount when purchasing multiple items, it is best to wait for our combined invoice, or request an invoice when you are done shopping. The eBay checkout system will not always compute the combined shipping discount correctly.
What is your free shipping offer?
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. on orders totaling $50 or more, so shop awhile and save $$! (This offer applies to domestic shipping only.)
Can I purchase insurance?
Insurance is available as an option on most listings, and is always available upon request for U.S. orders. If insurance is not offered on your invoice, just request an invoice with insurance added and we'll send one for you.
For international packages, insurance is available if you pay for Priority Mail. First Class packages can be sent registered mail for an additional $10.15. If you want these extra services, please just ask and we will be glad to include them on your invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we gladly ship to most countries outside the U.S. International packages are shipped by U.S. Postal Service First Class International (airmail) or Priority Mail International.
Canadian buyers: We ship to Canada for a reduced rate, lower than our regular international shipping charge. Charges shown in listings are for First Class Mail International (regular airmail). If you prefer that we ship your package by Priority Mail (which may help avoid customs delays we occasionally experience when shipping to Canada), please contact us for an invoice with correct charge.
Can you declare my package as a gift or put a lower value on the customs form in order to avoid customs charges?
We must complete all customs forms accurately. We must declare your package as merchandise and state the actual purchase price you paid as the value on the customs form, to be in compliance with U.S. law. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but disregarding this law puts us at risk.
International buyers are responsible for any taxes, fees, customs duties or other charges which may be assessed upon delivery in your country. Please consider this when making your purchase.
Payment Information
PAYPAL: Paypal payment is fast, safe and free for buyers. At our discretion we may require a "confirmed" Paypal address, which helps protect both buyer and seller against fraud. Items paid separately must ship separately (please feel free to request a combined invoice before paying).
MAILING PAYMENT: We are glad to accept your payment by money order, cashier's check, or personal check drawn on a US bank. If you are mailing payment, please make payable to SummertownSun Publishing and include your ebay user ID and/or email address. Mail payment to:

Replacement Guarantee
Every CD is placed in a hard plastic, slim jewel case and securely packaged for shipping. We will immediately replace any CD that is damaged or defective upon arrival, within 30 days of purchase.
