• All buyers must go through the eBay's secure checkout process to submit payment.
• We accept payment in US dollars through PayPal. (You may use your major credit card)
• Please allow extra days to clear the fund if you pay by an eCheck.
• We will hold your order pending receipt of your payment for up to 5 days if no immediate payment is required.
• If the payment is not received in 5 days the sale will be cancelled and the item will become available for sale.

• We will exchange or refund within 14 days of item's delivery if the item you received is different from advertised.
• There will be a restocking fee of 15% and the original S&H cost deduction for all other returns.
• Shipping and handling charges are not returnable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• For us to process your return promptly and accurately a RMA needs to be obtained by contacting us.
• The refund will be issued within 1-2 business days of the item's return.
• Items returned must be in the same condition as they were shipped in order to be qualified for a return.
• The followings are typical situations where returns are NOT accepted.
  · Items purchased as new and then returned as used are not returnable.
  · Items that are missing original contents including tags, booklet, case or boxes are not returnable.
  · Items that have been altered in any way are not returnable.
  · Watches that are resized not returnable.
  · Sunglasses that have scratches are not warranted by the manufacturer and are not returnable.
• We ship most of items free or with discount of shipping charge. The following chart shows the amount that will be deducted from the refund in addition to the restocking fee when the order was originally shipped free of shipping charge. Our S&H includes all the expenses for shipping an order including shipping cost, insurance, shipping material and labor.
• If an item is reasonably over-weighted, originally shipped via expedited shipping or shipped with discounted shipping including international orders we will calculate our S&H per each return.

  Multiple Item Shipping Discount:

• We offer shipping discount on multiple item purchase.
• We have enabled the "Immediate payment Required" option on most of the listings. Because of this option you will not be able to combine the different items to pay at once with discounted shipping cost. You can contact us and let us know the items that you will be purchasing so we can remove the option.

  Local Customer Pickups:

• We currently do not offer local pick up.

  Domestic Shipping:

• Shipping rates depend on an item and the shipping method you choose.
• We usually ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We may use other carrier if necessary.

  International Shipping:

• We use USPS, UPS or DHL services. Shipping charges vary depending on the destinations and the shipping choice.
• Customers can view the shipping cost by selecting a country and a shipping method.
• We do not ship to international PO Boxes if your phone number is not provided.
• Buyers are responsible for any applicable local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. If the package is returned due to the buyer's refusal to pay taxes we will deduct 15% of restocking fee and our actual S&H (these are higher than what we charged) from the refund amount.
• Please do NOT ask us to mark the item as a gift.
• We may not ship the items to certain countries per our discretion.
• Russian customers must select the expedited shipping on selected items. This is posted in each applicable item.

• We usually ship orders in 1-3 business days after clearance of payment.
• We are not responsible for the transit time since it is out of our control once the item leaves us.
• USPS Express Mail is not a guaranteed 1-Day Service. It usually takes 1-2 days within the U.S. after shipping.
• The transit information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
• The transit time may vary, particularly during peak periods. Please exclude holidays and weekends from order processing and delivery transit time.

  Sales Tax:

• There will be a 8.1% sales tax applied at checkout for the orders delivered within the Nevada state.
• Certain items are taxable to California.
• All other states will be tax free.

• We carry only brand new 100% authentic products in original manufacturer's packaging that have never been used unless otherwise stated in the item description.
