| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If there is a significant error in the item description, entire purchase price including original shipping will be refunded. Returns for any other reason will have purchase price refunded - minus actual original shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 7 days in original condition (no pet hair or smoke please). |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Domestic shipping is free. However, I do combine purchases to save on International shipping. Email me for a shipping quote at bedding@windstream.net. Please include shipping address and items desired. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Items ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted. If sending an echeck through Paypal it will have to clear before items ship. Shipments in the US usually arrive within 1-7 days, international shipments may take considerably longer. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:There is NO HANDLING charge for any shipments. Domestic shipping is free. International shipping is actual cost. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, I ship worldwide. In some cases there are size limitations that may make some items too large to ship to certain countries. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs charges or duties incurred by their purchase. |
