All Items In Our Store Are Brand New & Authentic Frette from Italy

Payment Options: We gladly accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers checks and personal checks. Wire Transfers are permitted in certain cases. If sending money order or personal check make sure to include auction number, email address, and your address. I must wait for checks to clear before shipping.

Sales Tax: We are required to collect 8.375% sales tax for shipments made within New York

Timeframe: Payments should be received within 7 days auctions end. I understand that sometimes unexpected things come up so please contact me should you need more time. I must wait for checks to clear before shipping.
 

Shipping Orders typically ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Some orders ship the same day. It is our firm belief that once a product is paid for it should be shipped ASAP.

Domestic Shipping: All shipment under $250 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days to arrive. Insurance is always optional, but I cannot be responsible for goods damaged during shipping should you choose not to pay for insurance. You will receive a delivery confirmation number with which you can check the status of your package electronically.

Orders over $250 will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. A tracking # will be sent upon dispatch. I will only ship to CONFIRMED addresses - an address which is verified by Paypal.

International Shipping: We offer two options for international shipping offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS):

A) Express Mail Service (EMS) - takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Includes tracking # and insurance up to $100. Additional insurance can be purchased.

B) Global Priority Mail (GPM) - takes 6-10 business days to arrive. Tracking information is available to major destinations.

Please send me your exact address with your payment to ensure the package gets to you in a timely manner.

Combined Shipping: If you are the winning bidder on multiple auctions we will combine your purchases saving you money on shipping. Please send us an email request for a combined invoice when you have finished shopping. We will send your invoice with the shipping charge adjusted.
 

Returns Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Should you find any item in our store not as described you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that we CANNOT accept washed or used goods.

We will refund your original shipping charge however return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of your receipt with your item.
 

Emails Emails are generally answered within hours of receipt (nights and weekends excluded). If you ever have any questions about our products please don't hesitate to contact us. I do not use an automated email system. I answer all emails personally and will do my best to answer all of your questions in a professional and timely manner.

We offer 'opt in' newsletters and product update emails. Simply add us to your favorite sellers and select the newsletter of your choice to be added to our mailing list. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list simply edit your favorite sellers list and uncheck newsletters next to Luxury Linens.
 

Non Paying Bidders We always contact buyers who haven't paid within seven days of the auctions end to try to work out a payment arrangement. Most times there are extenuating circumstances behind the non payment which we completely understand and will make every effort to help you.

It is VERY important to contact us should you have trouble making payment. We report non paying bidders that do not respond to emails and as an absolute last resort, we will leave negative feedback.

Feedback

eBay now gives you the opportunity to rate our performance in four different categories. We expect 5 star feedback if your linens were received and you are pleased. Nobody likes shipping charges, but please understand that we try to keep them as low as possible even as shipping costs have increased. As you will see, your package received personal attention. If you believe we deserve anything less, please contact us before leaving feedback.

We use an automated feedback system. Once positive feedback is left a positive feedback will automatically be posted to your member profile feedback page.
