FAQ

  • How much does delivery cost ?
    You can calculate the exact amount of shipping due on an item by clicking the link to the Shipping Calculator. (About 2/3 of the way down the advert). This will calculate the amount due based on your address and the weight of the item ordered.

  • Where do we deliver to?
    We currently only ship to the mainland UK and Ireland.
  • How many items can I group in one order?
    You can group up to 5 items in one order unless otherwise specified in the advert. Please note large TVs cannot be grouped due to the specialised shipping method used.

  • Can I change my delivery address?
    No we will only ship to your verified Paypal address (this is the default address you have entered in your PayPal account)

  • Can you send a invoice before payment?
    Invoice is sent once checkout is fully completed and payment is received.

  • Can I collect my item?
    Yes we have a collection point setup from our facility in Dublin on a Wednesday evenings between 5pm and 7pm. Collection details/instructions are sent to those customers who select the pick up option in the checkout upon receipt of payment.

  • Can I view the unit before buying?
    Unfortunately we only have an on line shop. If you choose to pickup your order the unit can be inspected upon collection.

  • Can I pay cash on delivery or on collection?
    We do not accept cash. All order must be paid for before Collection / Delivery.

  • Can I track my order?
    Orders shipping via DHL/DSV/Royal Mail recorded can be tracked on line. Tracking details are supplied in the dispatch email you will receive one we ship your item.

  • Will courier contact me if I'm out?
    The courier will leave a card/ or message advising they have called. This card details all the information you need to arrange a new delivery or arrange to pick up the order from the depot.

  • The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?
    Contact us (details below) and we will issue a returns number and return details.

  • When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are processed within 7days after the unit you are returning has been received by us.
