VERY fast turnaround on this 2nd purchase from this seller. What I don't understand is why immediately after I buy the price goes down, but as soon as the item is delivered the price goes back up. Last time I bought I found out the seller was doing JIT ordering from Holland and my package was held up at customs. This time it was really quick. Beware.. Seller does not hold this item in stock. It did not say this anywhere on the listing. Instead, it gets delivered from Petsafe's warehouse in the Netherlands. Expect to be waiting an extended period of time for your item to arrive. Otherwise, the litter tray is as described. Brand new and at a great price. I'm otherwise satisfied but if speed is what you're after search elsewhere.
