Items as described, shipped timely, passed QC.. No complaints from end user, so far so good. Only complaint was the cutting of factory tubes in order to fit them in a mailer. Especially if I'm spending $400 I do not want cut tubes & neither does our end user. Please use proper boxes & ship out full size tubes to those who buy large quantities. We'd gladly pay more for for shipping a larger box with correctly packaged devices, at least give customers the option prior to, before hacking up tubes.
