We accept
returns within 3 days for an exchanges or store credit. All
exchanges/store credit will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Returned items must be in same condition as delivered to you.
(Returned items that are
used, damaged, washed, altered, or have cigarette/perfume
odor will not be accepted). Labels and tags must
be attached with no sign of removal, and all original packaging
material must be included with your return. All
shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and initial
shipping fee paid by us will be deducted. Package must be
postmarked within 3 days from the date your order was delivered.
We suggest shipping your return using a shipping service that
includes tracking and insurance since we cannot be held
responsible for packages that are not shipped by us.
EXCEPTIONS: In special circumstances, refunds may be issued
and buyer must contact us for a refund authorization. All
approved refunds will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We do
not accept returns/exchanges on final sale item.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER: A Return Authorization
Number must be obtained within 2 days of receipt of your item.
Please obtain the RA number BEFORE returning any item. No refunds,
credits or exchanges will be given on items returned without first
obtaining an RA number.
DAMAGED PACKAGE/SHIPPING
ERROR: If
the item you received does not match the order you placed with us
or is damaged upon delivery, buyer must contact us
with 24 hours, we’ll do our very best to take care of it. |
