| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We will exchange goods that are faulty , like-for-like. As you are also buying a secret when you purchase a magic trick we do not accept other returns. Faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt and a return authorization obtained from us prior to return as we cannot accept unauthorized returns. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We combine shipping on most of our items, although it is not available on items that are drop shipped, require special packaging, have free shipping or Buy it Now items that require immediate payment. Qualifiying items bought during a 7 day period starting on the date of the first purchase can be combined. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We aim to ship your order within 3 business days. Most of the time we are able to ship within 24 hours of payment. Within the USA you will normally receive your item within 7 business days of payment, often this is much quicker. International shipments can take much longer. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping is calculated on the weight of your purchase(s) and your location. A handling charge to cover related shipping, packing and mailing costs is included.

| A:Yes, on most items, although some heavier items are not available due to the high cost to ship those items. If you are outisde the USA and wish to purchase an item not sold outside the USA please contact us and we will work with you. |

| A:Yes, unless clearly stated otherwise all our items are brand new. |

| A:Yes, everything we sell has instructions for use. We are also happy to e-mail you or telephone you after your purchase with further advice if you need it. |

| A:Magic by Mail always leaves feedback at the time of payment. We believe that feedback should be left once a buyer has paid. We don't hold you to ransom and only leave positive feedback once it has been left for us; that's just not fair! |
