CAUTION about recognizing Makita products. There's a lot of counterfeit Makita items floating around with clever key words to disguise them such as 'replacement makita' and 'compatible'. KIT OR SEPARATE COMPONENTS? We sell both separate items as well as complete kits. How can you tell which is which at a glance? it's all in the model number. for example: a 6935FD is just the driver only. if it was 6935FDWD it will be a driver with a 'd' battery and a charger. a 'd' battery will be a 2.6ah battery or the newest type. a 'b' battery would be an older lower ah battery. if it's a 6935FDWDE then it would be the same kit but with an extra 'd' battery. A 6935FDWDEX would be the driver, 2 bats, charger, and an 'extra' item(in this case a 'free' drill). Please be aware that some unscrupulous seller may advertise an item as 6935FDWDE and only sell you the driver only. so please be cautious when shopping around.
WILL CALL? This is becoming a slight problem. The problem is we actually have a RETAIL STORE which sells the same items as we sell on ebay. The only problem is the Retail store has to sell those items at a higher price due to higher overhead. To make a long story short, we NO LONGER ALLOW WALK INS ON INTERNET SALES.

PLEASE USE A VALID RETURN EMAIL ADDRESS !!!!!! Please be sure to have a valid return email address if you're asking a question. I find this to be a common and annoying problem. If you email me thru ebay or paypal and don't get a response, you should check to see if your email manager or the return email address listed with paypal and ebay are current. We ALWAYS return emails so if you didn't get a response there's something wrong with your return email address. Believe it or not, almost 20% of email addresses we send confirmations to are invalid(our mailing program alerts us if it's invalid some of the time and other times people call us to tell us they never got a confirmation after payment). One of the problems i've come accross is the smaller company email boxes don't always handle mail properly. Sorry for the long paragraph on this subject but it's really frustrating especially when people are sending me 4 or more emails saying 'why don't you respond!!!' ....LOL
