I received my package very quickly and in great condition. The seller was also very helpful with questions I had with a problem I ran into at no fault of the seller. He replied back very quickly with possible solutions and even offered a full refund if I needed but I like the products I got and elected to keep them. Seller combined two orders in same shipping container and didn’t give a discount on second order. Also 1 marble was severely chipped. Messaged seller and they told me they would issue a 50% shipping credit on the second order plus an additional .10 credit for the broken marble. Waited 7 days and never received any credit. No credibility with this seller. BUYERS BEWARE!

I have bought over 50 marbles from many sellers & they’ve always had them wrapped to protect them this seller didn’t he put it in a padded envelope when I opened it it rolled right out & hit the floor & rolled some more. There is a fracture but I don’t know if it came that way or happened when it hit the floor. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again if you can’t package the precious marble so that doesn’t happen I will order from the others that do.
