Recently there have been delays with customs offices outside of Japan !
Specifically with Canada, France and especially with Italy
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for ITALY
Please EXPECT delays to these locations! Some packages arrive very quickly with no problems at all, others seem to take forever.
We have no control over the customs services of your country !
** Shipping **
- We are happy to give a combined shipping discount for multiple purchases but PLEASE WAIT for our invoice so we can adjust the shipping charge
- All our shipping is by Regular airmail (usually 7-14 days)
- This service is Uninsured and Untraceable
- Insurance is available at cost for only $4.10 per parcel. It will be Sent as registered mail, and must be signed to prove receipt.
- Our Packages are processed and shipped usually within 72 hours of payment being received.
We will NOT be responsible for the loss of uninsured packages! We also cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit unless they are insured. (Insurance is cheap, why take a chance!)
