met is called "Feedback extortion" and is a violation of Ebay rules.

Negative comments should ONLY occur when/if one of the parties is
unwilling to work toward solving a problem ~ NOT because a buyer
decides “after the fact” they don’t agree with policies.

The feedback forum is not a means of communication.  Buyers who
leave negative/neutral posts without contacting us first will have
the very same COMMENTS reciprocated.

If you do not understand procedures, or do not agree to
abide by the stated terms, please ask questions BEFORE buying.

Due to the huge number of buyers who do not use the feedback system,
we now only return positive feedback we receive.  Upon receiving your
package, please take a moment to post positive feedback.
