Q. What does eBay expect of me as a buyer?   (Very Important) -top
A.   eBay has always given you, the buyer, the strength to voice your opinion of eBay sellers by leaving Positive, Neutral, or Negative feedback ratings along with your comments. Now eBay has given you a louder voice by asking you to critique a sellers item descriptions, shipping cost, shipping time, and ability to communicate well with you, the buyer. To help you better understand how we are graded, please be aware that the Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) are graded much like a school paper. A score of 5 equals a 100%. This means that everything was correct and how you, the buyer, expected it. These scores are not graded like a comment card, where a score of 3 is satisfactory and a score of 5 is "Extremely Out of This World". A score of 3 is like giving a 50% on a school paper. That is a complete failure. If you feel compelled to score us below a 5, PLEASE call and talk to one of our managers. Q. Is this product shipping from MAXX-LIFT? -top
A.   Because we sell such a large number of suspension products (nearly 30 different manufacturers including ourselves) we may not always have every item in stock at our main facility in Central South Carolina. Well, rest assured, we do not "over-sell" items. If we run low on an item, we remove the listing until the item is again available. This happens less than one percent (1%) of the time because we run a large inventory. But because we do pay such close attention to our inventory and selling trends, you can be confident that your item is IN STOCK if it's listed for sale. How do we do this? We "hold" the number of items that we have listed here, in a "listing bank", so that we are sure to always have what you need. This means that if we deplete our stock on any of these items, we will promptly drop the listing until the item is available for immidiate delivery. It is extremely important to us to get your product to you as quickly as possible. Just check our feedback. We believe it speaks for itself. So shop with confidence!

Q. Is this product in stock? -top
A.   This product was known to be in stock when we launched the auction. If the item mistakenly got sold through another venue, it will not affect this listing because we do not "over-sell" any items listed here. Please call us for up-to-date information, if you are ever in need of more of a particular item than is available here, as we most likely have 2 - 3 times as many of any given item in stock than we show in the listings here.

Q. How long should it take to receive this product? -top
A.   We guarantee that you will receive your eBay merchandise within 7 business days (continental 48 States only) from the day that we receive your full order payment. In over 93% of the orders placed, the package is shipped and received in 2 - 4 business days. This 7 business day guarantee, allows us to process, pick, pack, and ship your order as efficiently as possible and it takes into consideration "standard" shipping times, (should no shipping upgrade be requested and purchased at checkout). If our 7 business day guarantee is not satisfactory to you, please feel free to call us to check on shipping options that are available on most items to get them even quicker. We ship UPS and USPS and have been blessed with excellent service from both companies. Calling us will give you the ability to assess a delivery time frame or request expedited shipping if you need something fast.

A.   Items will typically ship from us within 24 to 48 hours after full payment has been received and cleared (93% of our orders go out within the first 24 hours, with over half of those orders going out on the same business day the order is placed).

Q. What Courier will deliver this product? -top
A.   Our products will be shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS), or the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless your order requires pallet freight, in which we will negotiate the best provider on an individual bases.

Q. What happens if it isn't delivered within 7 business days? -top
A.   On rare occasions, extenuating circumstances may disrupt our shipping guarantee: Shipping delays due to weather (not likely as we are in South Carolina), shipping provider errors, or an inability to communicate with the buyer, just to name a few. If your items get held for any reason that would cause your delivery to pass our 7 business day guarantee, we will do our very best to contact you and keep you informed. Q. What do I do if I receive wrong or damaged items? -top
A.   Although we try to stay mistake free, we admit to being human and we know that mistakes can happen. If you receive incorrect items, or our courier damages your goods, please call us immediately. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible, and use this as a learning experience to better ourselves in the future. We will make right by you as the customer and happily correct our mistakes or mishaps. We have 24 years invested in this business and the people we serve.
