ORDERING ONLINE

To make a purchase simply look for the item/size you want in our store or in our listings.  Each of our listings will have a size noted in both the title and the description.  At this time we do not offer "choice" listings, so please try to purchase the size you want.  If you can't find a listing in your size, just click on the Ask Seller a Question link and ask us.  We'll be happy to find the size for you if it's available!

We gladly combine shipping. You have 3 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your purchases have been completed prior to checking out and make one payment for all items to take advantage of our combined shipping discounts.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We accept the following forms of payment:

• eChecks via PayPal

PLEASE NOTE: If paying with an eCheck through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the eCheck has cleared, which can sometimes take 4-5 business days. If you want your order to be shipped ASAP, please remit funds via credit card, instant transfer, or from your PayPal balance.

Sales Tax
For shipments to New York addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.375% Sales Tax.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs for most locations are given in each listing.  If your location isn't listed, contact us and we'll be glad to give you quote.

Most items ship direct from the warehouse to you. We have warehouses located in California, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Texas.  Multiple item orders may ship from different locations and be delivered separately.

ORDER STATUS

We know how uncertain buying online can be sometimes.  We believe the reassurance of knowing your order has been shipped and is on its way is an essential part of a successful transaction, so MBG Ltd Motorcycle Gear always includes Tracking and/or Delivery Confirmation on our orders free of charge. 

A Shipping Notice will be emailed directly to the email address you have on file with eBay the day your order is shipped.  Sometimes spam filters will prevent our shipping notice email from being delivered to you.  If you don't receive your shipping notification email, please contact us and we'll be glad to resend the information to you.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

• EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Refund is for the amount of the item only. Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.  Due to the high cost of shipping ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
  




• PLEASE NOTE! We must be contacted prior to any item being returned in order to provide you with instructions on how to proceed.  This is required to  expedite the process and to insure you receive proper credit for the item being returned.
  




• We try to accommodate all buyers by exchanging items when possible.  If an exchange is not possible, we will gladly offer you store credit towards another item or a refund.

WHAT TO INCLUDE & WHERE TO SEND A RETURN:

All items MUST be returned to our NY Returns location to insure proper credit.  When you contact us about returning an item, we will send you a detailed email with simple instructions for sending your item back, including the address for our Returns Processing facility.  This email will also include a form you will need to send with your return which will expedite your exchange or refund.

RETURN PACKAGING:

When returning an item, please make sure all tags are still attached and include any protective covering, paperwork and the original box that came with the product.  Improper packing during shipment can damage items, so please use care when preparing the item for return shipping.  Unless it was damaged by the carrier in transit, most items can be returned in the same shipping box in which you received them. 

If you are requesting an exchange, we do ask that you enclose a check or money order in the amount of $9.95 to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.

EXCHANGE/REFUND PROCESSING:

Once we receive the original item back, it will be inspected to insure it is still in new resale-able  condition and/or to verify any reported defects.  Exchanges are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the original item back.  Refunds are generally processed within five (5) business days.  We cannot exchange or issue refunds on items which show obvious signs of wear or are not in the same condition in which they were originally sent to you.

STORE CREDIT

We try to accommodate all buyers by exchanging items when possible.  If an exchange is not possible, we will gladly offer you store credit towards another item.  Store credit will be for the purchase price of the item you return for an exchange. 

When purchasing an item using Store Credit, simply do a 'Buy it Now' on the item you want and then contact us so that we can make any adjustments necessary to the invoice.

SIZING INFORMATION

We know that it can be difficult to purchase 'wearable' items online sometimes.  Since individual items can vary in size due to cut, style or material, we include the item's sizing information in each listing to help you.  If an item tends to run a bit small, large or otherwise "different", we will note this in red in our listing.  If you are still unsure as to what size would be best for you, contact us and we'll be glad to help you!

STORE SPECIALS

Occasionally we run across great deals and we like to pass that savings on to you!  When we are running a special on something, we'll first send a notice to our newsletter subscribers and then we'll have the deal listed on our "Specials" page (link to this page is at the top of our store).  Store specials are always available on a 'first come, first served' basis and are usually in limited quantities.  So if you see a great deal listed, grab it quick before it's gone!
