 Each year our shipping department ships thousands pieces of furniture. Our goal is to get your furniture to your location promptly and without damage. For added security, you may purchase additional insurance To protect your purchase while in transit, we:
- Remove and bubble wrap glass shelves
- Protect decorative ornamentation that may be easily broken in shipment, wrapping it separately when possible.
- Carefully wrap the exterior of each piece
- Build a custom crate or package
- Protect each piece with styrofoam sheeting
- Reinforce the package or crate with wood bracing as necessary
- Palletize and band your piece
We ship by major freight carriers throughout the United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please contact us at 404-696-2399 for shipping quotations if you prefer to have your furniture blanket wrapped and shipped by a household moving company, or it you reside outside the continental United States.
We offer standard curbside delivery. This service includes:
- Delivery notification: the shipping company will notify you 24-48 hours before delivery.
- Delivery directly outside your home: the driver will deliver the piece directly outside your front door or garage.
- Delivery time: 1-4 weeks from receipt of payment on most items
We ship expedited orders (available on most items) to arrive at your location within seven to ten business days of payment for an additional fee. Most items can be expedited for $85.00 with the exception of some larger, more fragile items that would need to be shipped using a Blanket wrap moving company. We also offer super fast expedited shipping which will arrive in 3-5 business days for an additional $150.00. Please call (404) 696-2399 to see if your item qualifies for these extra services. Normally, we prefer to ship large items like Bars using a blanket wrap company to reduce to risk of damage. Please understand that items being shipped by a blanket wrap company may take up to 8 weeks for delivery, but usually arrive much sooner. Regular shipping will arrive within 1-4 weeks of payment.
Note: If you live in a residential area, please confirm that 18 wheel (4 axle) vehicles are able and allowed to access your neighborhood. If not, please contact us at 404-696-2399 so we can arrange for special delivery with the courier. Please understand that this may delay your delivery by 1-3 days.

Platinum White Glove Delivery Service
Also known as "Blanket Wrap Delivery". This service is known to be costly and includes furniture assembly, placement and box and debris removal. Should you require this service, please call us at 404-696-2399 with the product number(s) of the items you are interested in. Please make us aware of any specific arrangements needed to gain access to your residence such as spiral staircases, ferry transportation, or freight elevator appointments. This service may take longer than common carrier shipping. | |
International Shipping
MBW ships any where in the world by ocean freight or air freight. Ocean freight is significantly cheaper than air freight because it takes a few weeks longer for your order to arrive using this method of shipping. With Ocean freight, your order will be shipped to the ocean port closest to your shipping address. For air freight, we ship your order to the airport closest to your shipping address. If you require that we ship your order to your door, please specify that you would like a door to door rate. Please also specify whether you want an ocean rate or air rate. Remember, shipping by air is very expensive compared to shipping by ocean. Please Contact Us if you need an international rate quote or if you have any questions concerning international shipping. Please include your complete shipping address if you require a quote.
Canadian Shipping:
MBW ships several orders per day to Canada. We are happy to provide the lowest Canadian shipping rates possible to our customers. Please contact a sales associate at (404) 696-2399 for shipping rates and services available. Canadian customers are also responsible for clearing customs on their end.
Customs and Clearance:
You will be responsible for clearing customs upon receipt of your order at the port. The customs tariff depends on the country you reside in. You can contact your local customs department to inquire about customs duties (tariffs) on furniture imported from the United States. If you are purchasing an antique piece that is 100 years or older, then most countries exempt such items from duties, but please do your homework to be on the safe side. We cannot estimate customs duties, so please contact your local customs office.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
