Second order, sent me a cheaper, similar item.
Third order, I’m told it will be 3 weeks instead of 3 days as stated when I purchased.
I’ve been abused by staff, called a coward, had no apologies and received a partial refund for the item that I cancelled.

Asked if I would be okay with a different pair as they in fact don’t have these in stock
I said no, as the ones they offered were different and wouldn’t match the colour scheme I had set out on the bike.
Received the ones I said I didn’t want, at full cost.
Why ask, if you’re going to ignore the response?
Small issue, easily resolved you might think.
For a normal company, yes, however with MD you will just receive abuse, possibly from staffs personal Facebook 🤦🏻
