should be done within 3 days and payment should be done within 7 days

purchases or closing of auctions, unless you had contacted us and we
agree
other date; otherwise, business will be considered null and item will
be
re-listed;

Returns with
refunds are accepted for full money back and for genuine reasons only
(item not
as described). If your item arrives broken (not often, but it happens),
please
contact us before taking any other action. We ask, if possible, that
you send
us a photo of the object, in order to take the appropriate procedures
at post
office, to substitute the item, to refund you or to present a
alternative
solution. Please contact us to return your item as soon as possible and
within
10 days;

We guarantee you
will be 100% satisfied with your item(s) or we'll refund your purchase
price in
full upon safe return of the item(s) in original condition within 10
days. All sales come
with this policy, no questions asked;

We do not pay
shipping, handling and insurance costs at returns;

In case of
return or refund we do not charge you a re-listing fee;

Items must be
returned with appropriate handling at appropriate unopened package
(similar to
those you've received);

If your item
arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve everything at
costumer’s
best convenience. But DOA (Damage on Arrival) should be reported within
1
business day from the arrival date. No exceptions, please!

We refund all legitimate
situations (items not corresponding to description, items that you
don't like);

If the auction
ended and the highest/winning bidder chooses not to pay for it, we will
follow eBay's
policy by opening an unpaid dispute, in order to recover our listing
final
value fees;
