Why fiberglass?

Fiberglass is used in the construction of hockey sticks and snowboards; products that experience constant impact and abuse. Fiberglass is also the preferred material for use in off-road rock crawling vehicles. Fiberglass is lighter than steel and of course you never have to worry about rust.

We are very proud of every car we build and wish we could keep & drive them all. Each car comes out of the mold flawless. Absolutly no bodywork required. Put simply, what you see is what you get. But there is much more to our bodies than what you will see: We use the highest quality polyester and vinylester resins available to achieve maximum durability, and superior finish. All large fiberglass panels are reinforced with core mat for shock/vibration resistance. We hand-lay our bodies. Hand-lay requires a slower working pace, working one layer of glass at a time and ensuring all layers are rolled carefully and free of air pockets. Our bodies are fully cured ensuring they will never warp over time due to extreme heat. Our bodies are manufactured from elaborate molds. The molding process has taken many years to learn and master. We have our own signature tricks of the trade we've developed through time. But, we are happy to answer any questions about our manufacturing process and give a tour of the shop.
