Service Standard Delivery Timelines:

Canadian Residents

Lettermail - 2 - 10 business days.

Expedited Parcel - 1 - 8 business days.


US Residents

LetterPost USA - 8 - 12 business days.

Light Packet/Small Packet USA - 8 - 12 business days.

Tracked Packets USA - 8 - 12 business days.

Expedited Parcel USA - 4 - 10 business days.


International Residents (outside Canada and the US)

International LetterPost - 8 - 12 business days.



Unless circumstances arise that are beyond our control, orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment during business days. See above to view standard delivery timelines for various shipping services.

If your order is shipped via parcel, you will be able to view your tracking number after we ship when you view your purchase details. You can always check the status of your item in your purchases table.

We will gladly combine shipping rates whenever possible. 

Combined shipping rates and shipping specials only apply to combined auctions and listings that are paid for on the same invoice. If you are waiting to bid on additional auctions, please contact us so we may hold your invoice. Auctions must be combined within ten (10) days and payment is due upon completion.

We generally ship via Canada Post. Our team works out of an office/shop that is not open to the public. We are not open for pick-ups.


Combined Shipping

We offer combined shipping and reduced shipping rates on additional purchases on the same order. Listings that show a lower rate for the second item are going to calculate correctly. If you are unsure of the shipping charges or you are purchasing from multiple (different) listings, please wait for our combined invoice.


Shipping Specials & Promotions

We ship parcel items to Canada and the United States. While we do ship parcel items to international customers on a regular basis, we do not through eBay. This is because shipping from Canada to international destinations is very expensive and ground service is very slow. This affects our detailed seller ratings and subsequently our monthly discount from eBay.

Shipping specials for Canada are for Canadian Residents only. Shipping specials for United States are for US Residents only. We will not ship parcel items to addresses outside North America through eBay. Should this policy change in the future, we will indicate so on this page, in our policies and on our FAQ page.

All advertised specials, promotions, etc. are subject to change without notice. We generally run various seasonal specials, as well as monthly specials.


Duties, Taxes and Brokerage (where applicable)

Certain items are subject to duties, taxes and brokerage charges. Please make sure you know the regulations of your country. We are not responsible for any of these charges. We will not mark your package as a "gift". The value of the goods is the purchase price only. The shipping is not included in the value of goods for brokerage purposes. We ship directly via Canada Post - not to a third-party shipping centre.



All parcels sent via "Expedited Parcel" are automatically insured up to $100.00. If your item is insured by our carrier and it is lost or damaged, we will deal with the claim - we don't expect you to. Please keep in mind that we can only put in a claim after the shipping date timeframe that our carrier allows. We do whatever we can to speed up the process.


Packing Your Shipment

Your shipment will always be packed with new material and adequate protection. We purchase top quality boxes and packing materials and professionally pack each shipment. If your item is smaller and flat we use envelopes, mailers or bubble mailers with a hard backing. Because you are purchasing either vintage products or new albums, pages or supplies for your collections, we feel it is very important for your shipment to arrive well presented and well protected.



If you are not satisfied with our product due to a fault on our part, please contact us right away through eBay messages or through your purchases table. Please provide us with the Ebay item ID, as well as the description of the item(s) you have purchased, along with the reason for your concern. We will work with you to resolve the situation. Please do not return an item unless we give you a return authorization #. Upon receipt of the item(s) in the same condition that it arrived to you, we will refund your money - less shipping and handling. If we determine fault on our part, we will refund your money, including shipping and handling. If we are able to offer you another product in its place, we will endeavour to do so.


Feedback is very important to us. We leave feedback for you as soon as we ship your item (generally within 24 hours of your payment). We strive for 100% customer satisfaction - in our products and in our service.
