| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. Please contact seller to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Once the RMA is approved, you will be provided the RMA # and the address to ship the item to. Refunds will be made to the original PayPal account for the amount paid, LESS a the cost to have the item shipped to you. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:On selected merchandise only. This is because we may actually ship items from our suppliers located in different parts of the country. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:UPS Ground usually takes 2-6 business days for delivery. USPS Priority Mail ranges from 2-6 Business days. Additional services are offered and vary by price based on geographic location. |
| Q:Do you offer FREE shipping? |

| A:We do offer FREE shipping on selected items to the Continental United States ONLY.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or US Territories are not included and must be shipped via other methods. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We do ship Internationally. Most orders can be shipped via USPS, however some Countries must utilize UPS to ship the items to. You will be notified if there is a change in shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply. |
| Q:Do you ship to Military APO and FPO addresses? |

| A:We do ship to Military APO and FPO addresses however you must select the USPS shipping option. UPS is not accepted for APO and FPO addresses. Free Shipping does not apply to APO and FPO orders. |
| Q:Do you offer bulk discounts on merchandise? |

| A:We do offer bulk discounts on selected merchandise. Please contact the seller with questions. |
| Q:Do I have to pay sales tax on my order? |

| A:You only need to pay sales tax if you are shipping to a California address. |
| Q:Do you accept PayPal as a method of payment? |
|
| A:Yes. In order to process your order, you must have a verified PayPal account and a confirmed shipping address. Failure to do so may result in a 10-day hold on your order. |
| Q:Do you offer special pricing for Schools, Non-Profits, and Governent customers? |

| A:Yes. Contact Calif.Bob for special pricing. Proof is required to qualify. |
| Q:Will I have to pay taxes on orders outside of the United States? |

| A:Taxes, custom charges, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Major Deals Audio Video has no influence on any of these charges. |
| Q:Will you ship via United States Post Office to my country (France, Italy, Canada, etc.,)? |

| A:Since UPS does charge an outrageous tax to ship to these countries, we will ship via the United States Postal Service as requested by the purchaser. This may be the cheaper way to ship based on taxes incurred by shipping via the United Parcel Service. |
| Q:If an item is on sale, can I still make an offer on it? |

| A:In most cases, yes, offers are accepted. Sometimes our prices are so good that the Best Offer option is not accepted. It never hurts to ask though! |
| Q:Do you price match with your competition? |

| A:If you find a product that we sell and it's cheaper somewhere else online, send us the link and we will do our best to match their price. Sometimes we can match prices on various items. |
| Q:Do you give bands a break on audio gear? |

| A:Sure I can! In fact, if you feel like sending me a demo of your band, I can probably get it on the radio in the San Francisco Bay Area. Oh yeah, I'll also give your band a great price on cables and components too! |
