We currently offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping on selected merchandise only.
Free Shipping is to the Lower 48 U.S. States ONLY. All other states, territories and installations are not eligible for FREE UPS Ground Shipping.
For security purposes, APO and FPO shipping must be done through the United States Post Office.
Major Deals reserves the right to modify the shipping service if the proposed method is not available to your geographic location.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Major Deals offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on any of our Audio & Video merchandise. Most items in our inventory carry a 1 to 3 year manufacturers warranty on parts and labor - depending on the manufacturer.
In order to return an item, you must contact the seller (Calif.Bob) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA is approved, you will be emailed the shipping address to send the merchandise to.
You must ship using a source that offers a Tracking # so we can track receipt of your shipment. Any shipping cost incurred to return the item will not be refunded. No exceptions.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, the supplier will bench test your unit.
When the RMA is accepted by the supplier, a refund will be issued back to your original PayPal account within 3 to 4 weeks.
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items.
Major Deals will not refund any of the shipping cost on product returns unless previously agreed to in writing by Major Deals staff.
NOTE: FREE Shipping fees, incurred by Major Deals may vary by the shipping weight and your geographic location.
If you return an item it is missing contents (cable, manual, etc.) you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
