SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING:
We attempt to process all orders the day they are received. Orders will always be processed and packed no later than the next business day. We ship 6 days a week. If you pay us on a Friday, we will make every effort to get your item out on Saturday. That is our policy for all items, not just vintage or expensive items. This policy means that all orders ship within 1 business day after receipt with rare exceptions. It is not possible to cancel an order once two business days have passed.

SHIPPING:
Given our specializations, the great majority of our non-postcard items ordered by US customers will ship via media mail. Media mail takes 4-14 Business days inside the continental US. Please note, media mail shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO can take considerably longer. Orders to Hawaii often take 4-6 weeks via media mail.

For international customers we ship postcards and other light paper items via the new 1st Class Mail International Option and we offer low flat rates to do this. On some of our store items, eBay is showing rates in the $10-12 range for lightweight paper mailing. This is not the case at all. It is because the eBay system is not set up for things as light as postcards, for example. Please email us for a rate quote on paper items. We will make our best effort to get international customer orders to them as expeditiously as possible in a cost effective manner. We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused due to the United States Postal Service.

RETURN POLICY:
Most merchandise sold in this store is used. Every attempt will be made to fully describe the condition of the items posted for sale. All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged in shipping, defective (applies mainly to non-book merchandise), or incorrectly shipped. All items returned that are damaged or defective must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on your packing slip. If an order is refused, returned because of insufficient or incorrect address, or is unclaimed there will be a 10% restocking fee on the sales price. We will also deduct any return postage due as a result of an item being returned for the given reasons. If for any reason an item is returned by the buyer that is not damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price. In this case, the shipping charges (shipping to the buyer and return shipping charges) will not be refunded. You will receive an email message when we receive your return and process your refund.
