By winning or buying our item(s) you agree to the following terms:
Payment Methods:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Domestic Shipping & Canada:
We sometimes offer "Free Shipping". Free Shipping is only available
on specific ITEMS shipped to physical addresses in the 48 US. States.
International, Expedited, PO and APO Box orders, and orders shipped to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping.
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all
holidays. For your convenience, we offer a broad array of shipping options which
include:

Standard Shipping: Ships out in 3 business days and arrives in
about 7-9 days from the shipping date.
- Priority
Shipping ships in 2 business days and arrives in 4 to 5 business days on
average.

Express Shipping ships in 1 business day and arrives in 1 to 2
business days.
International Shipping:
For multiple purchases, our checkout system will determine the S&H
based on shipping profiles shown in each auction whichever is higher. All
additional shipping discounts will be applied automatically.
Countries we shipped to: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg,
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Please note that USPS, Fedex or
UPS will avoid brokerage fees. No expedited services are available for
International Shipping.
You are still responsible for all Taxes & Duties - which will be
charged upon delivery. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to
assure perfect product fulfillment. These will
not be marked as a gift. Returns will not be accepted for international
shipments.
International Shipping:
takes 9 to 22 days to arrive.
Local Sales
We
are not a retail store, therefore no pickup is
available.
Shipping Carrier / Time:
All orders are shipped in three (3) business days after the payment has
cleared. Please note that all our hats are hand made and hand blocked so some
items may take longer to ship due to inventory availability, or a "Holiday Rush"
- so please be patient. We ship via UPS or US Postal Service, the
choice of carrier is based on the final shipment weight and size. The choice of
carriers is the sole discretion of Ultrafino Panama Hat. Please verify your
address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable
addresses.
If you provide a PO Box, an APO box, or an address in Alaska,
Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, your item must be shipped via USPS
Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. This takes up to 3 to 5
mailing days including Saturday via USPS. You will receive a
tracking # from us via email for UPS or USPS shipments, but
these will not include package insurance.

We offer a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you’re not completely satisfied with
your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs),
in accordance with our “Returns, Exchanges & Refunds” policy found below, or any
special terms found on the actual listing.
Style
and size
Availability:
All sales are subject to availability. In the rare event that we cannot provide
you with the item that you have won or purchased, we will promptly refund your
payment in full.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Policy:
All Returns, exchanges, or refunds MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF
RECEIVING THE HAT OR ACCESSORIES. No exceptions. All returns must be PRE-
APPROVED BY US IN WRITING. All items approved for return MUST have an RA (Return
Authorization) number.
You may return
any unopened/unused item in its original condition with the invoice, original
tags, reason for return & original packaging, with 3 days of your receipt.
Unless otherwise noted on the actual listing, we will
refund 100% of the purchase price, however the Buyer shall be responsible for
ALL Shipping and handling (to and from) and any Insurance costs -These cost
are NOT refundable. When the item includes "Free Shipping", the Buyer is
responsible for the shipping & insurance costs required to return the product to
us. Items which are returned to us without our written approval or a RA number,
will not be accepted, and returned to sender at sender's expense. Please note
that there are no returns, exchanges or refunds on any promotional, marked down
sales items, blowout, or closeout auctions / sales - these sales are final.
Some listings may require a restocking fee on any returns - please read the
listing carefully prior to bidding and/or buying. Returns may be
subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns, refunds, or exchanges are subject
to Ultrafino Panama Hat approval.
We cannot
accept returned hats if they have been worn or if they are damaged.
Make sure the box you are
returning the hat in is in good condition. If the box was damaged in shipping,
use a new box.
Pack the hat carefully
.We
are not responsible for item(s) damaged in shipping. If you choose not to pay
insurance for shipping we are not responsible and will not accept a return,
refund or exchange of damaged item(s).
