PLEASE NOTE Recorded delivery will need signing for,if you item has not arrived, please check tracking number,sometimes it goes back to the post office, for 7 days, Postman do not always leave, (sorry you were out cards)

RETURNS     Must still have their tags on, and sent back within 14 days,like for like postage, I will refund the item price only, on receiving it back, also I will send an cancellation email for you, to cancel the item.  Returns postage to be paid by the buyer. Missing returns parcel, can only be refunded if it has tracking number, and it will have be you to claim from the post office, as the sender

UNCLAIMED ITEMS     Any unclaimed items that are taken back to the post office ,and not claimed, or request a re delivery,and sent back to me, (can take up to 3 weeks) I will refund minus the postage, or re send when buyer pays for the postage, for re delivery.
