STORE POLICIES

 
  1. 1. All items come with a 3 month manufacture warranty against manufacture defects. You may return an item up to 30 days from ship date on non warranty unwanted item returns.

  2. All Returns must be accompanied by an RA# (Return Authorization Number) call or email us for an RA number.

  3. All returns without an RA # clearly written on the outside of the return box will be refused.

  4.  2. MotorChrome has a "you mount it, you own it" policy except for warrantee. Unwanted items returned within 30 days that are scratched, bolted on or incomplete will not be credited.

  5.  3.All returns must be shipped prepaid freight -No COD's accepted. MotorChrome does not pay return shipping costs for returned unwanted or warrantee items. 

  6. 4.All warrantees are subject to MotorChrome's discretion on a repair or replacement basis.

  7. 5. All returns not on a warrantee/exchange basis (unwanted items) are subject to a 15% handling/processing fee to cover box, packaging and eBay fees related to your order. If you have ordered incorrectly by mistake and are exchanging items this fee will be waved. Do not purchase the new exchange item thru eBay or this fee will apply. 

  8. 6. All returns that are in good condition upon receipt back to us will be credited for the original purchase price only. 

  9. 7. Positive feed back will be left upon payment confirmation and a tracking number will be sent with all shipments. MotorChrome reserves the right to change to the shipping carrier of our choosing either USPS or UPS for either speed or necessity. This does not increase the shipping price to you 

  10. MotorChrome reserves the right to refuse service to anyone attempting fraudulent transactions or by our discretion that has left false feedback on our EBay account. In the event you do not pay for your auction or item we will file for a Final Value Fee Credit thru EBay as it is our only recourse to recover our costs related to your purchase from EBay. EBay in turn will put a strike on the offenders record. We do not agree with EBay policies regarding this, but these are their rules, unfortunately. (We urge EBay customers to only bid or buy items they truly want to purchase)

  11. 8. Shipments can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder, or address listed in eBay. Prior arrangements can be made to ship to an alternate location      (example to your mechanic).

  12. Shipments to 3rd party locations will be sent signature required so be sure someone will be there to sign if your are shipping to a 3rd party.

  13. MotorChrome does not accept responsibility for shipments to out of date eBay information on your eBay account. If the carrier cannot deliver your item to you and it is returned to MotorChrome the customer will be responsible for any fees related to reshipping their order to them.  

  14. Returned goods damaged by carrier on return shipments will be solely the responsibility of carrier and customer. In the event that you need to return an item, package it carefully, enclose a copy of your invoice with the item marked and a brief explanation of the problem and we strongly recommend that you insure return shipments. You can only return items that have been discussed when the RA# was issued. You will need to call us if there are any additional parts you need to return.  You must put the RA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box for it to be accepted at our facility.  Customers who return 3 items or more within a 3 month period of time that are unwanted will be blocked from future purchasing. 

  15. 9.We STRONGLY recommend to International customers that they  check with their local customs office before bidding or buying so there are no surprises in customs fees upon there parts arrival. MotorChrome does not pay customs fees 

  16. 10. Motorchrome does not do expedited shipping. MotorChrome does not take responsibility for any time frame issues regarding shipping other than our posted handling time from our location (if your item does not show up when the carrier says it should, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier not MotorChrome).

  17.  11.  Orders in transit cannot be canceled and if refused will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee and return shipping charges.

  18. 12. Leaving negative or neutral feedback voids all warranties and return privileges no exceptions!
