this special promotional Nat Geo kit arrived essentially as presented in description . . . Seller did assist me w/ a hiccup I had, so that I could salvage the purchase. **(I do wish illustrated, decorative box as-issued had not been plastered over w/ eBay shipping tape, part of the "collectability" of these press kits is their boxes. It should have been overwrapped w/ shipping paper and/or as inside another scrap box for shipment)**

Unfortunately, my item arrived damaged. I did not want to return the item as it is very hard to come by. I could not get a partial refund and was only offered 20% off my next purchase. I am unhappy to have to pay the full price for something that did not arrive in the condition I paid for. The seller was polite, although it was difficult to get them to remain in the conversation as I was left on read a few times. Otherwise was as described and arrived on time.

Wish I could change this to negative. The seller did later contact me to offer a $10 partial refund but made it clear they wouldn't give it unless I changed my feedback to positive. This refund would've fixed the problem & I'd have gladly changed it but the fact they Demanded the change while Withholding the refund makes it extortion & violates ebay's Feedback Extortion Policy. Being uncomfortable with that I declined & they retracted the offer when I wouldn't change it. Really gross behavior!
