Mrsmamo’s Staff  greets you and asks you kindly to read carefully all the terms of sale before doing any purchase.

We remind you that knocking down an item , you declare automatically that you agree the whole following terms.

Please remind that you bid is a contract.

METHODS FOR PAYING

Making a purchase the customer  has to contact us within 24 hours, communicating the chosen way of payment  and the date within he is going to carry it out.

We underline that the goods will be blocked for a maximum of 7 days, if we do not receive the payment within 7 days the item will be put anther time up in sale and at the same time will be started a praxis for UPI (unpaid Item).

We accept the following way of payment:

Ø     PayPal

Ø     Bank Transfer*

For all the details and data that pertain to the chosen way of payment, please contact us and we will render you as soon as possible all the information that you will ask.

We absolutely do not accept any payment with bank check.

*Customer , who pay with bank transfer, have to specify in the reason for payment the item- code of the bought item.

SHIPMENT

We effect shipping all around the world exclusively with express courier UPS.

We remind to our clients that any customs fees or import duty are at the customer expenses and are not included in the item-price.

We make  insured shipping only on demand of the customer.

We remind that in case the package will be damaged or get lost during the shipping, and the item was not insured the responsibility is not  attributable to Mrsmamo’s Staff.

 We are not responsible for any delay on the delivery.

The track number will be provide only on demand of the customer and will be available after 24 hours from the collect by the courier.

Every item will be delivered with a numerated guaranty seal, that is registered to the individual customer name. The seal means that the item have been  examined by our experts and has been considered suitable for the sale

GUARANTY SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

Every item is protected by the guaranty “satisfied or refunded”, it means that we accept the return not only for an item not congruent with the description, but also if the customer is not satisfied with his purchase.

IMPORTANT:  every item will be delivered with a guaranty seal, in order to make a return it is necessary that this seal is not damaged or removed.

Otherwise the return will not be accepted.

The shipping costs for the returned item are at the customer expenses.

 In the case the item result to be flawed, only in such case Mrsmamo’s Staff make the return or the refund at his own expenses , provided that the seal is not removed or damaged.

Removing the seal the customer lose automatically the right to substitute or recede the item.
