PAYMENT
We only accept payment by PAYPAL for the fastest processing and shipping of your order. Payment is due within 5 days of the first auction win or Buy It Now purchase. We take our business very serious. If you do not pay for the item within 5 days this item will be re listed and the appropriate feedback will be left. Please remember by placing a Bid, you agree to pay the amount you won the item for and pay within the time given by eBay as well as the seller. By placing a bid you also acknowledge our Business Polices and agree to the terms of our policies.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We do offer combined shipping for your convenience. You pay the highest shipping for the first item, and get 10% off shipping discount on each additional.
If you buy multiple items in same listing, the discount will be automatically applied when you checkout. If you buy multiple items in multiple listings, in order to take advantage of combined shipping discount, you could request us to send you invoice or just hold pay until we send you invoice.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING & INSURANCE
We ship all items within 1- 2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of receiving your confirmed payment. In most cases items will be shipped in 24 business hours after payment is cleared.
Our shipping charge includes postage for the described shipping method, delivery confirmation, packing materials, handling fees and insurance. It is not necessary to purchase additional insurance.

To save your cost, we use USPS International First-Class Mail as regular shipping method. Therefore, no tracking number will be provided. If you prefer to have a tracking number, please select International Priority Mail shipping option when you checkout.

RETURN POLICY
No return will be accepted. We only allow exchange. The following conditions apply to an exchange:

The exchanged item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of the date you received it.

The exchanged item(s) must be in the original condition, unworn or altered, and must be returned with all original tags and documents if any. If the product has been chipped, scratched, or damaged, your will be charged for the product's devaluation and/or cost of repair if necessary.

Along with your package, please attach your eBay ID and correct size you need. If you want to change dress style, you are responsible to pay the price difference.

Buyer is responsible for re-shipping fee. Domestic exchange (including Canada and Mexico) is $5 re-shipping fee per dress. International exchange is $10 per dress.
