General Interest
In the unfortunate circumstance that an item arrives DOA and needs to be shipped back to us, the item must be shipped back through the same service used to ship. This means Canada Post for Canadians, or the US Postal Service for Americans with tracking . Any other form of return shipping WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

This means:

UPS
FEDEX
DHL

If the item does get shipped back through these, or any other service other than the ones we have stated as acceptable, all additional costs will be paid by the customer. This includes any shipping costs exceeding the amount charged by the postal services, and any fees incurred for bringing the product back into Canada.

 If an item needs to be returned, we will pay the return shipping once the item has been received, too the same value the item was shipped too the customer, but we do require a scanned invoice be emailed to us to verify the cost of shipping. HOWEVER, keep in mind that we ship through standard postal services with tracking and expect that you ship it back the same way. We will not pay the difference if you choose to upgrade to a faster service, or use features such as signatures. Basically we pay return shipping to the same value the item was shipped too the customer for.
