SHIPPING INFORMATION: We have enabled the option to allow you to change the shipping totals during the checkout process. When checking out, include only the shipping amount that is the highest of all the items you have purchased. Set the shipping for the remaining items to zero (0).

?: How much for shipping & handling?
$2.50 ($3.50 internationally) - that's it - no matter how many cards you buy. International address may incur a .25 per lot surcharge.
?: Do you discount shipping & handling?
No. Come on! Our prices are good and with no increment! S&H - the deal is already great
?: Can you send my cards faster?
Sure - just pay the extra $3 for express handling, or $5 Express handling with Priority Mail. This applies to both domestic and international shipment.

Yes. Like it says in the listings - world wide. No Lunar addresses please.

?: How about Money orders and personal checks?
Money orders are fine, but I limit ppersonal check payments to under $25.
?: How about cash?
Love it! To my mind it such as waste of our time and your money. So many of the MO I receive are for such low amounts, the cost is rediculous and the added security is minimal. I've heard that some MO issuers charge fees as high as $15 to stop payment on a lost MO. Just conceal it well (NO COINS - PO machinery can rip up the envelope)
?: How long can I wait for payment?
It's a least a week before I send "Overdue" notices, and three weeks before I get ebay involved.
?: How do I add items to my order?
If you haven't paid yet ... no problem. Your payment defines your order. If you have paid but it's within the same calander day - S&H for the additional items will be $1. I you have received your payment acknowledgement - your order is too far in the process - start a new order.
?: Can I return a damaged card?
Yes. Make sure it's our card (no swaps - we will know.) We will replace or refund. |
