A: We can provide tracking number for all U.S. continental buyers, so you can always keep track of your package. We also provide tracking number for each express shipment.
Q: I received an item that was damaged, defective or incorrect.
A: Please contact us at ebaysupport@mtgmintcard.com so we can discuss about a replacement or compensation details.
Q: How does the insurance protect my order?
A: The insurance covers the total value of each order. We are the ones who will take the charge to apply the claim for you. Once the claim is cleared, we will resend a new package for you.
