| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Every listing has a shipping map with details on how soon you can expect to receive your order. A quick summary: Most orders ship out next business day after payment is received, there is no UPS commercial service on weekends, orders generally arrive 2 - 5 business days (weekdays) after leaving our warehouse, TRACKING IS EMAILED WITH EVERY ORDER |
| Q:How do I track my order? |

| A:Tracking is emailed directly to you. The tracking email will be sent to you within 24 hours of when your order ships. The tracking email will be sent to the email address you have on file with Pay Pal or that you used with your credit card payment.
If your eBay and Pay Pal email addresses are different, please make sure to check both of them. |
| Q:Did I pay for my auction? |
|
| A:The credit card you may have on file with eBay for your account is not used to pay a Seller. You'll need to either pay via Pay Pal at checkout or contact us directly to pay with a credit card.
If you completed eBay checkout & simply selected Credit Card as payment option but did not use Pay Pal or contact us, your payment has not been made. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Not at this time. However we do plan on starting to ship guitars and basses internationally in the next few weeks, please check back with us.
We only ship to the lover 48 United States -- no HI, AK, PR, military addresses, PO Boxes or international orders. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Due to the size of most of our products, combined shipping is most often not available. To ship instruments securely and safely, they must be shipped in their own packing. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Item must be returned in new/unused condition. Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. We will refund minus our original shipping and selling fees. |
| Q:I want to pay via Pay Pal but have already checked out selecting another option, what do I do? |

| A:You can go directly to www.paypal.com , log in and use the Send Money option to our ID info@musiciansdiscountwarehouse.com |
| Q:Can you ship to a PO Box? |
|
| A:No, our orders must go to a physical address, we can not ship to a PO Boxes -- sorry, no exceptions. |
| Q:How much are the Shipping and Handling Charges? |

| A:Please refer to the auction listing for the shipping charges. We do not charge handling fees.
