| A:We do ship world-wide however at times we are not showing shipping to world-wide locations so please simply ask through an email for the price of S&H to your location even if the listing states only to north america!!All you must do is ask and we shall oblige!!Thanks |

| A:Generally speaking we try to have items delivered within 2 weeks time.However sometimes the Post-Office does not work that way,when this happens we usually will send an email notifying the customer of the delay as we check the tracking info frequently!! |

| A:In Canada or with Canada Post shipping a tracking number is not available.They provide a delivery confirmation number though which tells when the item arrives at the destination and aproximately how long that takes. |
