Q:What is your return policy? |

A:We offer a complete refund of the purchase price of the item, less shipping and handling if we are notified within 14 days of receipt of item. The refund will be made in the same form of the original payment. |

A:Yes. If items are purchased at the same time, we will combine shipping costs to reduce our customer's expense. |

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

A:We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment and always look for shipping methods that combine speed with economy in an effort to keep our customer's costs down. We prefer to use 2-3 day priority shipping whenever possible. |

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

A:Our shipping charges are usually no more than the actual costs to ship the item(s) purchased plus a nominal handling charge for those items requiring extreme caution in packaging. |
