SHIPPING:
Mac-A-Bee Gifts of the Southwest ships purchases Monday through Friday. We make every effort to ship items with in one business day. When possible, we ship the same day if purchase is made before 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
We'll combine shipping for items purchased with in a five (5) day period. If you purchase more than one item wait for our invoice before making payment, we'll combine your items and provide you with a combined shipping cost.
We charge a modest shipping and handling fee on most items for the cost of materials and labor.
RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a 30-day cash refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Always contact us before returning your item. There may be a solution to the concern you have that will lead to a satisfactory result. We retain the right to refuse delivery of items returned with out prior contact and authorization.
We carry quality merchandize and make every effort to list it accurately. Contact us if you have concerns about the items you have purchased. We'll do our best to work with you to attain a satisfactory resolution.
