Industry Standard Condition Matrix
Grade A In “Like New” condition, may not be in the original box or have all of the original accessories but must have Battery and AC Adapter with laptops and Keyboard, Mouse and Power Cord with desktops.  Physically there are no blemishes or damage to the computer whatsoever and must be completely functional.  Parts will look "like new" and are considered to be unused or have very little use.
Grade B
Grade B parts and systems show signs of normal wear and tear but nothing major.  These items may have one or more of the listed items below but generally speaking will be in a good to very good condition.  There will no broken parts, no scratches or blemishes on LCD assemblies, possible slightly worn keycaps on keyboards.  These are items that were generally well taken care of and not beat up.
Grade C
Grade C parts and systems are items that are fully functional but show certain signs of use and wear and my contain one of more of the physical defects listed below.

Possible Grade C issues.

Possible missing feet on bottom
2.  Pressure marks and/or scratches, spots, dead pixels on the LCD
3.  Discoloration of plastic
4.  Dents in aluminum
5.  Worn keycaps
6.  Cracked plastic
7.  Partial Pass (please read auction for any failures)
8.  Broken connectors as in missing WiFi connector on LCD, etc.

9. Stickers, stop-tags or capitol asset tags may be present
10. Bent corners on Laptop LCD or Top Case or both

Typically we try to list any defects in our auction along with pictures of the actual item when possible.  On the more expensive items we create a specific SKU for that item with actual pictures of the item.

Grade D Grade D items are sold in AS-IS condition with no returns whatsoever.  These are items that should be considered for parts or repair only and most likely do not work or are broken so badly they cannot be repaired.  We try to list the defects in our auctions.
