“Like New” condition, may not be in the original box or have all of the
original accessories but must have Battery and AC Adapter with laptops
and Keyboard, Mouse and Power Cord with desktops. Physically
there are no blemishes or damage to the computer whatsoever and must be

considered to be unused or have very little use and if there are any
blemishes they would be VERY minor and for the most part not noticable.
B parts and systems show signs of normal wear and tear but nothing
major. These items may have one or more of the listed items below
but generally speaking will be in a usable condition that is not quite
good enough to call Grade A. There will no broken parts, no
scratches or blemishes on LCD assemblies, possible slightly worn
keycaps on keyboards. These are items that were generally well
taken care of and not beat up.
