Industry Standard Condition Matrix
Grade A In “Like New” condition, may not be in the original box or have all of the original accessories but must have Battery and AC Adapter with laptops and Keyboard, Mouse and Power Cord with desktops.  Physically there are no blemishes or damage to the computer whatsoever and must be completely functional.  Parts will look "like new" and are considered to be unused or have very little use and if there are any blemishes they would be VERY minor and for the most part not noticable.
Grade B
Grade B parts and systems show signs of normal wear and tear but nothing major.  These items may have one or more of the listed items below but generally speaking will be in a usable condition that is not quite good enough to call Grade A.  There will no broken parts, no scratches or blemishes on LCD assemblies, possible slightly worn keycaps on keyboards.  These are items that were generally well taken care of and not beat up.
Grade C
Possible Grade C issues.
Grade C parts and systems are items that are fully functional but show certain signs of use and wear and my contain one of more of the physical defects listed below:

1.
Possible missing feet on bottom
2.  Pressure marks and/or scratches on the LCD
3.  Discoloration of plastic
4.  Spots, dead pixels or lines in LCD
5.  Dents in aluminum
6.  Worn key caps
7.  Cracked plastic
8.  Partial Pass (please read auction for any failures)
9.  Broken connectors as in missing WiFi connector on LCD
10.
Warranteed for full functionality unless otherwise stated
11. Stickers, stop-tags or capitol asset tags may be present

Typically we try to list any defects in our auction along with pictures of the actual item when possible.  On the more expensive items we create a specific SKU for that item with actual pictures of the item.

Grade D Grade D items are sold in AS-IS condition with no returns whatsoever.  These are items that should be considered for parts or repair only and most likely do not work or are broken so badly they cannot be repaired.  We try to list the defects in our auctions.
