Mltiple items in box were smashed, broken and not usable. Packaging was beyond poor and tried to ram everything in small box to save on shipping. Bought some rare rc items that aren't replaceable. I was very polite in my message saying how the items arrived, how I had to throw away items, sent pictures of the broken items. I received nothing in return. No sorry or any response. Wasn't going to leave feedback but since no apology....... Don't trust this seller since they don't respect the buyer!!

Consider using different delivery vendor. The USPS is the pits. Slow and they don't keep the tracking updated. The orchids are already stressed in the packing and mailing. the Postal Service is not helping.
