| A:We make our items out of Poly Cord or Natural Jute. We carry 4mm and 7mm Poly cord is a variety of colors (specified in each listing) and we also have 3-ply and 6-ply Jute. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we combine shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:Most items will ship in about 48 business hours from time of payment confirmation. (mon-fri) We do our best to get things out as quickly as possible. But all of our item are made by hand - and we adhere to the strongest quality measures we can so multiple item orders will take longer. |
| Q:What is the difference between 4mm and 7mm cord? |
|
| A:7mm cord is nearly 2times as thick as 4mm cord. We only make 4mm corded items up to 40in in length and we suggest that you use pots less than 10-12in in these hangers. You can get 7mm corded hangers from 28in to 72in lengths. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| Q:Do you make special orders or modifications. |
|
| A:Yes we do but all items must be quoted and detailed prior to order confirmation. Many times a listed item can be modified for no extra charge but it depends on the modification. Always ask us before ordering. We do our best to help our customers get what they want for a reasonable price. :-) |
| Q:What colors are available? |
|
| A:The colors available are listed in each of our 4mm and 7mm listings. Please note not all of the same colors are carried in each cord size. (ie: 4mm colors may not be the same as 7mm colors - os please look at each listing for details of colors available.) |
| Q:How do you measure the hangers? |
|
| A:Most of our hangers are VINTAGE styled hangers.
Vintage Style hangers are measured hanging without a pot from top of ring to bottom knot. The tassle hangs below that 4-6in.
We also have Deluxe knot hangers these are measured from top of ring to bottom of tassle. All Deluxe knot hangers have "Deluxe"indicated in description of listing. |
| Q:Can a 12in pot fit in a 20in hanger? |
|
| A:No. The 20in hanger is our smallest hanger. The inches indicate how long the hanger is not what size pot will fit. The cords have to separate far enough to get the item into the hanger. So for a 12in pot you will atleast a 34-44in hanger. For this large of pot we suggest 7mm. |
| Q:If I send you my pot size will you help me find the right size hanger? |

| A:Yes of course we will help you! Please send us your pot size as follows:
Top x Height x base in inches.
Also let us know about how far from the hook you would like the bottom of the pot to sit. We will give you are best recommendations. |
| Q:If I buy a 36in hanger will the bottom of the pot sit at 36in? |
|
| A:No. Whenever you pot a pot into any size hanger the bottom knot will raise up anywhere from 2-8in depending on how large your pot is. If you have a specific need in mind let us know and we will help you. |
