Non-Exclusive License Agreement:

This agreement is valid for
all
purchases of pre-made auction templates, store fronts, logos, Me pages and
Store custom pages and/or any other works. By purchasing a pre-made template
you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

The templates may only be used for
the purpose for which they were made. This means, for example, auction templates cannot be used for any other pages in your store (i.e.:
ME page, Store Front, Store Custom pages etc...)

Although you have been granted use of
the template/s and graphics I retain the copyright to all images, graphics
and html code.

You may not use any part of the template
to create your own work, including the html code.

You may not change, copy or alter the
template or graphics in any way shape or form.

you may not re-sell or distribute my
templates, code or graphics, in whole or in part, to anyone else.

You may not remove the copyright
information found at the bottom of each template, nor can you remove the
link to my store.
Instructions, questionnaires and all additional
information remains the sole property of F. Cornell.
You are agreeing to these terms and conditions
regardless of whether you have read this agreement or not.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions
will result in the termination of all rights given to you upon purchase,
including the right to use my works.
All my works are original and are protected under
US and International Copyright laws.

Exclusive License Agreement:

This license agreement is valid for
all purchases of custom work.
By purchasing custom work you are granted an
exclusive license to use my graphics for non commercial use. This means that you
can:
You may not however:
Questionnaires, instructions and other
informative materials are excluded from this license and remain the sole
property of F. Cornell.
Although you have purchased the right to use my
graphics and html exclusively I still retain the copyright to all works and
may keep copies for display and or advertising purposes on any webpage, site
or print media. Refunds will not be granted once any portion of the product has been sent either electronically (attachment/upload/download) or in cd format. Initial deposits are therefore non-refundable once any work or draft has been submitted to you. Payments must be made in full before the final working file is sent.
You are agreeing to these terms and conditions
regardless of whether you have read this agreement or not.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions
will result in the termination of all rights given to you upon purchase,
including the right to use my works.

The graphics and art work are gorgeous but they look so complicated. Are you sure I'll be able to use them even if I don't have any knowledge of HTML?

Absolutely! All you
need to do with my templates is fill in the blanks to add your product images,
description and title. Everything else will be customized by me (shipping,
payment, returns, policies and the links to your ebay pages such as Me page,
Store Home page etc..) so you won't have to enter this information and worry
about messing up! I will give you easy to read, detailed instructions on how
to add you text. If you have a Sparedollar account I can add the Tags to the
template so you don't even need to look at the code, just fill out the form
through Sparedollar and it will automatically insert the text for you.

What Happens after I purchase with Buy It Now or win the bid on a template?

As soon as I receive payment for the template I will send you a questionnaire to fill out so that I can customize the template for you. Once you get that questionnaire back to me you can expect to receive your fully customized template within 2-3 days.

Can I get a Matching Store logo with My Template?

Of course you can! All the templates (with the exception of seasonal ones) come with matching Logos which you can purchase separately for JUST $4.99!!!

I haven't seen a Template in your store that fits with my personality. Can you make one just for me?

I certainly can!
Although custom work is more expensive because I am not selling in bulk
quantities, they are well worth it. I will work closely with you to ensure
that the artwork and style of the template reflects your business needs as
well as your personality, to give the templates that extra touch!

You advertise the templates as "Auction templates" but can I use them for any of my customized store pages?

If you'd like to have a
matching Me page, Store Front, Header or custom page, you can either purchase
one from my store or contact me for details. However, if you buy an
"auction template" you cannot use it as a ME page for example.

Now that I have Purchased your template do I own the graphics and artwork?
|

Unfortunately you do not. When you purchase a template from me you purchase a non-exclusive license, which means you can use the templates for your auctions or Me pages, but you may not re-sell them, use them to make your own graphics or templates, or alter them in any way other than adding text and images to the body. For this reason you MUST keep the link to my store at the bottom of your page and may not remove it under any circumstances.

Can I return the templates and/or artwork for a refund?

Unfortunately digital media sent in any form cannot be returned and therefore cannot be refunded.

What happens if i get stuck or make a mistake? Can I contact you?

Of Course you may. I will be available to help you with the templates for as long as you need me. I am confident to offer
unlimited support because I know you'll be able to do it all on your own in no time as they are so easy to use!
