RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Within 7 days of purchase, you may return the merchandise because of defects for an exchange for other items if your merchandise(comforter/pillows etc.) have not been soiled or used. Bedding is an extremely personal item so we cannot accept items that have been used or damaged (i.e., this includes but is not limited to items that are dirty, soiled, damaged by smoke smell or by liquids). We strive to ensure that all the items we ship to our customers are new and in immaculate condition. Thank you, in advance, for cooperating in keeping our merchandise in flawless condition.
If you are considering requesting a return, please keep the product unopened in its packaging or if you take it out of the packaging, be sure that the bedding item only touches clean, dry, and freshly laundered surfaces.
Madelyn’s Classic Bedding shall have the sole discretion in determining if an item’s condition is suitable for an exchange. If a customer returns an item in a condition that is not new and has been used or laundered, no exchange, credit, refund or compensation is due. No exchange, credit or refund is due for items beyond the allowed return period. If your order qualified for Free or Reduced Shipping and a refund is granted, we will issue the refund for the merchandise returned, less the original shipping and handling charge incurred by Madelyn’s Classic Bedding. There is no re-stocking fee at this time.
