PAYMENT METHODS... Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. Major credit cards are accepted and processed through Paypal. As of January 15th, 2009, checks and money orders will no longer be accepted for payment in accordance with new Ebay policy. ALL PAYMENTS must be made through the Ebay check-out system.
SALES TAX... Any item being shipped to a Florida address is subject to a 6% sales tax rate. Please be sure to include the appropriate amount with your payment. We will not ship an item until all, if any, applicable sales taxes that may be due are paid in full.
ORDER HANDLING TIME/DROPSHIPPING... We are an authorized, full stocking dealer of the Hal Leonard Corporation. Generally speaking, all products we sell, we also hold in stock at our location. We strive to ship items the same or following business day from when an order is received. There may be instances when we cannot achieve this goal such as may occur during an out-of-stock condition with a particular product. If we should go out-of-stock on an item we have listed for sale, we may at our sole discretion and without further notification, have the item shipped directly to you by our supplier, a process known as dropshipping. There is usually an unavoidable, two or three business day delay in shipping when an item is dropshipped. If there is an urgent need to receive an item in a certain time frame, please contact us prior to bidding/buying the item(s) for product availability. If the case should arise where our supplier cannot fulfill the order in a reasonable time frame for various reasons, we will issue a full refund usually within one or two business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider/carrier.
SHIPPING METHODS (USA)... USPS MEDIA MAIL services will be used in most cases for books or dvd's. While MEDIA MAIL is a reliable, low-cost method of shipping books and dvd's, it is generally, a much slower shipping method than most other methods. We do offer the option to upgrade to USPS PRIORITY MAIL incorporated into most of our listings. This upgrade option should be exercised where time is of concern. Larger packages may be shipped via UPS ground services. We may, at our sole discretion and without further notification, upgrade the method of shipping from that stated in the listing, if we find it prudent to do so without any additional costs incurred by the customer. Merchandise will only be shipped to the address listed as your 'shipping address' in Paypal. Please be sure this address is correct prior to bidding/buying.
SHIPPING METHODS (INTERNATIONAL)... International shipping will be made via USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL or USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL services in the majority of cases. Please contact us prior to bidding/buying an item we have listed for sale or auction for a shipping price quote. Promotional, "Free Shipping" offers which may be present in our listings are applicable only to items being shipped within the United States unless otherwise specifically stated in the listing. Merchandise will only be shipped to the address listed as your 'shipping address' in Paypal. Please be sure this address is correct prior to bidding/buying merchandise from us. Shipment tracking is very limited in scope and may not be available at all for some methods of international shipping. We will provide you with the customs tracking/record number when available and requested by you. This number can not be tracked through the U.S. Postal Services' tracking system. Customers should contact their country's customs office when/if further information regarding a particular shipments status is required.
CUSTOMS FEES/IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)... Item price or quoted shipping/handling charges DO NOT INCLUDE any import duties, customs fees or taxes that your country may impose. Please be sure to check with your country's customs office to determine what if any additional costs there may be prior to bidding/buying an item we have for sale. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We DO NOT mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" in order to avoid paying these charges. US and International government regulations prohibit such practices.
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS (USA)... When you pay the full S&H for the first item (highest S&H cost) we will charge just $.99 cents S&H for each additional, combine-able item. Combine-able items are only those items that can be safely shipped together in a single package. We will send you an invoice with the combined shipping discount applied shortly after your purchases. DO NOT PAY until you receive this revised invoice or we will not be able to extend this discount to you. Failure to comply with these instructions will be interpretted as your forfeiture of the combined shipping discount. If you should receive an invoice from us that does not correctly reflect the combined shipping discounts, please contact us prior to paying and we will revise it for you.
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS (INTERNATIONAL)... Please contact us prior to bidding/buying multiple items for a shipping price quote. We will ship multiple items in the most efficient way both possible and practical in order to provide our international customers the lowest possible S&H costs.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES... Please contact us prior to sending merchandise back for return authorization. We will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange provided it is received by us within 7 business days after your delivery confirmation date. Item must be in brand new, resale-able condition in original packaging. A 20% or $2.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from refunded amount. This fee will be waived for exchanged items. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Costs incurred shipping an item(s) back to us is your responsibility. We DO NOT ACCEPT returns/exchanges on software products once the seal on the package is broken. Software incompatibility will not be accepted as a valid reason for return. Please use your due diligence prior to bidding/purchasing software products from us.
FEEDBACK... We will leave positive feedback at the time your payment is received and processed. We would certainly appreciate positive feedback when you receive your item and are completely satisfied with the transaction. UNPAID BIDDERS... When you use the 'buy-it-now' button in a listing, you are in fact entering into a legally binding contract to complete the purchase of the item. We do and will follow up all non-paying bidders through the Ebay Unpaid Bidder process in order to recoup any ebay fees/costs incurred as a result of the sale.
