About Us...
Passionate about jewellery... Based in Australia (with
another office in India) JG jewelers (also trading a
magic & Spirit Jewellery) is run by three young
energetic, creative and unashamedly-passionate-about-jewellery
personnel. We have been in the business for 4 years
and in that time have developed jewellery that is both
unique and stylish.
We purchase the majority of our stones
directly from the mines or at 'gemstone' markets and
because one of us is a gemologist you can rest assured
that the gemstones in the jewellery will be of a good
quality with many having a fascinating and uncommon
characteristic. The jewellery is designed and made buy
experts in their fields so that the items not only have
beauty but will last a life time.

winning bid is a binding agreement to purchase the item (except
if you have made prior contact with us or retracted your bid
via ebay 24 hours before the end of auctions).

We have
auctions running for 22 days in a row every month (from
the 1st to the 22nd) and many other brand new items
ready to buy in our "eBay" store.
You can
hold off making payment for those items that you have
won and bought during the 1st and the 22nd of each month
if you are actively bidding on other items (payment
due within 3days after the 22nd). Important note : when
you buy an item after the 22nd and before the 1st of
the month, please make payment within 3 days. For more

We
accept the following payment methods :
- For
Australian customers: Direct Deposit, Paypal, Cheque
& Money order.
- For
overseas customers (non Australian resident) , we
only accept Paypal.
If you
have won more than 1 item please combine your wins into
1 payment or we won't give you the delivery discount

| Shipping
and Handling
|
| Each
item comes in a clear small stapled bag inside an "organza
pouch". We send Magic & Spirit Jewellery item/s
through Australian Post in a padded envelope. We send
item/s within 36 hours following the end of auction and
it usually takes 2-7 days to receive it (in Australia)
however sometimes it does take longer. We will notify
you when we have posted the item. Sorry no pick-ups.
We
also ship items worldwide, receiving goods can take
up to 10-15 days. However, Holidays, Strikes, Weekends
and other unforeseen events can delay letters. Please
feel free to contact
us if after 3 weeks you have not received
the item. (for more information, please visit our FAQ's).
Shipping
cost for Australian and international customers is :
- €4
for the 1st item and
- €
2.50 for every additional item (if you wish to combine
with other items sold between the 1st and the 22nd
of each month)
To
registering the item parcel :
An extra €6 will register the package irrespective
of how many items are inside (goods insured up to €30)
We strongly
recommend registering your item(s) as we won't be responsible
if your item is lost.

Customs
and Duty information : For overseas customers (non Australian
residents)
|
|
|
Correct custom
information including full purchase amount will be written
on Custom declaration form. Goods will be sent as merchandise.
Please contact us for other options.
It is unlikely
that when you receive the item/s you will be required to pay
a custom charge but if this happens we do refund you (upon
proof) 10% of the purchase amount excluding postage
cost.

items are hand-crafted by professional jewellery makers. We
also check every item carefully before listing and sending
them to you.
We
are confident that you are getting an excellent quality/value
item. If you happen to find a similar piece at a cheaper price
which has a better setting and stone then we will give you
a full refund and 10% off your next purchase with us. See
our FAQ's
for more information!
To
give you further cover and comfort, each item comes with a
90 day full refund guarantee if there is a fault due to a
manufacturing - you must keep your receipt (electronic or
paper).
In the case of you change your mind about the item when you
receive it. We will also give a refund if we are contacted
within 7 days (after you receive the item). However, We do
not give a refund for the initial postage cost and you are
responsible for all return shipping - We do reserve the right
to refuse refunding an item to those who will not follow the
return policy. Feel free to consult our FAQ's
for more information.
