Shipping Policy

The expected times of delivery to the USA are:

Expedited Mail (item over 1 kg) 6 to 12 business days

Air Mail Small Packet (item under 1 kg) 7 to 16 business days

Surface Mail Small Packet (item under 1kg) 2 to 6 weeks

Bubble Envelope (item under ½ kg) Shipping time varies.

 

 
The expected times of delivery within Canada are:

British Columbia and Saskatchewan, 3-4 business days

Alberta, 2-3 business days

Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, 4-6 business days

New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, 7-8 business days

 

The expected times of delivery to international destinations vary, but generally are:

Express Delivery (items over 2 kg) 5 to 7 business days

Air Mail Small Packet (items less than 2 kg) 10 to 14 business days

Surface Mail (items over 2 kg, automatically insured) 5 to 11 weeks 

 

 

All of our shipping charges are listed on the auction pages so that a buyer can easily make a payment even if there are problems contacting you via Email.  We ship through Canada Post (which is delivered in your country by your own mail service, i.e. US Postal Service if you are in the USA).  We will not ship using any other service, nor will we ship COD.  We ship on Monday through Thursday, and provide you with a shipping notice on the day your item is sent.

Insurance Claims must first be processed through Canada Post.  This process may take the expected delivery time PLUS an additional 45 days.  No claim will be paid out in advance of their investigation, regardless of the vehemence of the emails demanding such.  Should your package not arrive, you will be reimbursed IN FULL, which will include the item's price as well as the shipping cost, but only at the conclusion of the investigation.

Unless otherwise stated in the auction description, all items are shipped within 1 or 2 business days of their payment.  A business day is Monday through Friday (no weekends, no holidays).  Early morning weekday payments are often processed that very same day!
