Received with a stain on the sweater that was not disclosed. Seller said they “must have missed it”, and that I could return, but it was in the areas that were not visible in the photos, which seemed disingenuous. I really liked the sweater so decided to keep and try to get the stain out myself. Did not come out. Now I’m stuck with a sweater that is stained and that I paid quite a bit of money for. Would not purchase from this seller again.

We go out of our way to mention even the smallest of flaws but alas we are human and may occasionally miss something. We apologized and offered a return for full refund. I am not sure what else we could have done.
