| The weather in the Pacific Northwest has once again chased me to my winter home in Palm Springs. I will not close my store but I will be leaving on December 1, 2009 and not returning until December 16, 2009. I will attempt to ship all paid orders before I leave. However, orders after December 1, 2009 will not be processed until my return on or around December 16, 2009. My policy states a 20 day window from the date payment has been completed until shipping. If you have been a customer in the past, you will know that I usually process orders within about 12 hours. This is not possible while I am away. I will promise you that if your order has been made and paid for during my absence I will ship your items out in plenty of time to reach you for the Holiday Season. I will have constant contact with you via computer and if you have any questions I am always available by phone at 253-332-7639. If we miss on phone contact please leave a message and I will get back to you. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you understand. 2009 has been a fantastic year and it would not have been that way without great customers like you.
