Special Requests: The line of wedding accessories by Bridal Designs by Debbie features unique designs custom made and professionally engraved in your color choice. If you have something specific in mind and do not see it on our website, contact customer service. We custom make to order all our Bridal Designs by Debbie wedding accessories and can probably create and list any item you are looking for.

Payment Methods: We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments must be phoned in for processing. We do not accept personal checks.

Sales Tax: All orders shipped to an address in New York State will be charged sales tax at the rate of 8%.

Order Processing: Processing times for your purchase varies depending on the products purchased. Items purchased from the Bridal Designs by Debbie Collection are custom made to order and can take up to two weeks to ship, generally reaching you 5-7 business days after they have been shipped.

All other products including personalized, and engraved products and gifts generally ship in 3–5 days with delivery to you 5-7 business days after the ship date. Invitations ship within one week of your final approval.

Backordered Products: In some rare instances, a product may be backordered and will not be available to ship within the normal 5-7 days. If this is the case, we will contact you, provide you with an estimate of availability for the backordered product, and ask if you would like to wait for the product, choose a different item, or receive a refund.

Shipping Method: UPS Ground, USPS, FedEx or DHL. A street address is required for all purchases, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Combining Shipping: Not all products are eligible for combined shipping, since the products may be shipped directly from different manufacturers. It is advisable to contact us to be sure the items you wish to purchase can have their shipping charges combined.

Express or Overnight Mail: Expedited delivery is available for many of our products. If you need an item immediately, please contact us prior to your purchase to confirm availability and receive a quote for express shipping.

International Orders: We currently ship internationally. International shipments are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail or UPS. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees that are due on their purchase.

Returns: Personalized and engraved gifts are not returnable due to the nature of the product. It is important to be sure you supply accurate engraving details with your order. If we have any questions about your order, you will be contacted for clarification before your order is processed. In the unlikely event an error is made on our part, your item will be replaced at no cost to you. Should you wish to return a non-personalized item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. All eligible Returns and Exchanges must be in their original packaging and condition. All returns must include a return authorization number. Please call customer service at (800) 353-0588 for a return authorization number. Returns made without an authorization number will not be accepted. We are unable to refund shipping costs and qualified returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria.
